Special Cash Prize Draw
Entry is automatic upon completion (either offline or online) of a registration card, questionnaire or survey presented to customers of an InContextTM client or partner company. Please read the following terms and conditions of entry, including the privacy note.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the Acxiom Privacy Policy. Please note, by entering the competition, you are agreeing that the contact details and questionnaire responses you provide may be used for marketing purposes by Acxiom and third party organisations in the manner outlined in the Acxiom Privacy Policy.   2. Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia or New Zealand and are 18 years of age or over, (‘eligible persons').
  3. The promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 1/5/08 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 17/4/09. ("Promotional Period"). Entries received after the closing date will automatically be entered in the following year's prize draw. .
  4. To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, complete a registration card, questionnaire or survey which they have received from an InContext client or partner company, and return it either by post to GPO Box 2637, Sydney, NSW 2001, or PO Box 91944, Auckland Mail Centre, NZ, or electronically at the applicable URL printed on the registration card, questionnaire or survey. All completed entries will go into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
  5. The draw will take place at 4pm AEST on 30/4/09 at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089.
  6. The first correct eligible entry drawn will receive AU$10,000. The next three correct eligible entries drawn will each receive AU$1,000. Maximum value of all Prizes is AU$13,000.
  7. Winners will be notified in writing and their name published in The Australian and New Zealand Herald newspapers on 14/5/09.
  8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at the same time and place as the original draw on 14/8/09 subject Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) and the winner will have their name published in The Australian and New Zealand Herald newspapers on 21/8/09.
  10. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition.
